The grand return of the Andrew Heiskell Braille and Talking Book Library's annual Community, Culture, and Technology Fair is coming up on Friday October 20th, from 11:00AM - 4:00 PM, and everyone's invited!
This year, we will be hosting the free fair in person at the New York Public Library's beautiful Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library at 455 Fifth Avenue (at the NorthEast corner of 40th Street) in Manhattan.
The last fair brought in around 400 attendees to learn about the many fabulous resources, groups, and offerings for community members who are blind, low vision, Deafblind, or physically disabled.
The Fair will include: tablers from educational, employment, advocacy, arts, support, and recreation groups, technology demos, fun accessible activities; speakers on entrepreneurship, advice on starting your own business, and more.
