Set to be the tallest residential building on Fifth Avenue, Manhattan’s most prestigious business and retail thoroughfare, 520 Fifth Avenue is a mixed-use vertical village, layering program on a constrained site to create a new concept in luxury residential and boutique office space.

520 Fifth Avenue features classically inspired, 21st century New York architecture. Arches modulate, unite, and differentiate the façade from other all-glass skyscrapers of the area. A tripartite loggia spans the first three floors and gives the retail, restaurant, and private club, buffering life within the building from the bustling streetscape. Offices span the lower floors, ensuring each tenant enjoys a full floor identity. The residences rise to 1,000 feet above the New York streetscape, giving tenants sun-filled rooms with twelve-foot ceilings, 10-foot windows that enhance dramatic views of neighboring landmarks, and exquisitely appointed indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Column-free interiors and a compact and efficient core allow for flexibility in the arrangement of interior office and residential spaces.  

The tour will begin with a presentation KPF at their office then attendees will be taken to visit the site across the street.
