In this year’s fire feast, facilitated by Marcela Torres, we come together to consider foods that signify moments of togetherness. The cakes we have on birthdays, the breads on holidays or dishes that represent times of reflection. In this time of global crisis, the atmosphere is thin and we can feel the energy of pain. This fire feast is to give energies back, to consider our togetherness and how we strive for freedom of others.
