This fall, MAS is celebrating design excellence in New York City with our 2024 MASterworks Awards! We have curated a selection of in person explorations and online in-conversations with this year’s honored projects.

On Friday, October 25 from 10-11:30 AM, join us for an exploration of Bronx Point, 2024 MASterworks Honoree for Best New Urban Amenity. Landscape architects Yadiel Rivera-Díaz and Sami Sikanas from Marvel will lead attendees around the green space. Situated along the Harlem River, Bronx Point is a landscape surrounding a mixed-use and affordable housing development. Spend a fall morning outside with MAS and dive deeper into the thoughtfully and sustainably designed project.

Bronx Point represents a transformative mixed-use development of approximately 530,000 square feet that will bring permanently affordable housing, interactive and educational community facilities, dynamic retail spaces, and engaging new open space adjoining the Harlem River waterfront in the South Bronx. Learn more about Bronx Point here >
